GOOTC 2009 Racer's Information Sheet

Attention  GOOTC  Racers

If you are planning to  race  at GOOTC in March. please take some time between now and then to download the attached Racer's Information Sheet and fill it out  prior to  getting to the track on March 28th.

DO NOT FILL IN THE CAR NUMBER FIELD UNTIL YOU GET THRU TECH INSPECTION AT THE TRACK !!!!!

After you have  passed tech inspection you may then enter the car number you are assigned in the car number field on the sheet.   Then  you will proceed to the  GOOTC event control area  ( the tables ) to check in and turn in your Racer Information Sheet.

Silverjay57 (Jason)  will be doing the play by play announcing  from the tower for the club racing.  He will use this information to  describe  the cars and provide some  background  info on each of the racers.

This  information may also  find its way into a event booklet that may be published after the event is concluded.

Jason has asked that when you describe the performance mods to your vehicle  you use  brand names as much as possible because this  may help him in obtaining  more sponsorships in subsequent years.

If folks want to fill out the form, they need to have it returned to either you , Mel or myself via email, so we can compile all this information on ONE sheet for me in the booth.
This will make my end of it much easier.

I'm confused....Do we need to fill out the form & e-mail it back in?...Or hand it in at the event?...Or both?  If we need to e-mail it in, please PM your e-mail.

BTW   there will be a   contingent of  BPC  members at the LaPlata Best Western  We will join the convoy there.

I wish there was.
But alas no we don't do rain dates.
We meet rain or shine.
Also people drive too far for this event to NOT be held.

I don't believe it will rain all day. so I am sure the track will still open.
