GOOTC Hotel Information

I contacted the Best Western of LaPlata & got a group rate for us.

The group name is under GOOTC & I have 10 rooms blocked off for us. The price is $100 + tax (showing 11%) per night. Toll Free # is 1-877-356-4900. Ranaye Harley handles the group rates so if when you call you have a problem, just ask for her, she is very helpful! Got the contract signed & faxed back to her. All reservations must be made by March 5, 2009 or room block will be released. Reservations received after this date will be provided on a space available basis at contracted group rates. Pease post up once you have made your reservations so the list can be updated, thanks!!

FYI, I got a slightly better rate using my AAA card.  Anyway, I am booked for a room.

Thats great Bob!  Yea those AAA cards are great, thinking about getting one for all the trips next year, most of the hotels I've seen usually shave off $5 or $10 a night.

I booked on line, not under either one.
